Climate positive high achievers sharing sessions would be arranged for the potential applicants to pick up a basic concept of climate change and get inspiration and valuable advices from the existing climate positive cases.

Idea Stage teams shall send at least one representative of the team to attend at least one Human book sharing session during Oct 2020 to Nov 2020 (before application).

2. Ideation Day

2.1 Basic Design Thinking Training Workshop

Participants could acquire the skills and knowledge of idea generation and developing a comprehensive and human-centric proposal through ideation training.

2.2 Proposal Writing Training Workshop

Through this workshop, participants could have a better understanding of the proposal framework and develop distinctive strategies to write up an attractive and engaging proposal.

Date: Late Jan 2021

Time: PM

At least one team member of each Idea Stage semi-final team shall attend this training day. Any absence of the team will be disqualified.

3. Capacity-building Day

3.1 Advanced Design Thinking Training Workshop

Participants could acquire a knowledge and skill of creating a prototype to test, assess, and modify the product/service through the training.

3.2 Pitching Workshop

Participants could equip the presentation skills on engaging and convincing the judge and investor to buy into the idea.

At least one team member of each Idea Stage finalist team shall attend this training day. Any absence of the team can be disqualified.

1. Climate Action Webinar

Climate Action webinar would be arranged for the potential scale-up stage applicants to have a better understanding of Climate Change issue in Hong Kong and inspire experiment ideas from the existing cases.

Scale-up stage teams shall send at least one representative of the team to attend the Climate Action Webinar on 30 Jan 2021 (before application).

1. Pre-pitching workshop

Entrepreneurs, management team and industries expertise would be invited to be the workshop instructors. Participants will be given the constructive advices on improving the business plan and presentation skills.
